Context:

The existing client onboarding experience was cumbersome and, frankly, expensive. The approach was not the best representation of the company, nor was it in the company’s best financial interests. A recent rebrand presented an opportunity for a strategic overhaul.

Strategy:

Under my creative leadership, the onboarding experience was reimagined with a client-first approach that better reflected brand values. Welcome kits were streamlined from bound 8.5″ × 11″ books to more accessible direct mail components. The copy was rewritten in a simple, straightforward style.

Impact:

This revamp ensured one of the first interactions clients had with the company reflected the easy, personal, and enlightening client experience they would continue to enjoy. The new format also saved the company 40% on production costs.
